I'm not happy at this workplace. Most of us aren't. We're stuck.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Be more honest. You might be able to hire the right kind of people if you tell them what to expect.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are constantly in between a rock and a hard place when it come to making the right decisions. They have to take their orders from people and whole departments that have never set foot in a lab. Departments paid to constantly change the way we do everything. The labs are set up to fail.
