Overall it has been great. Like any company transitioning from a start up to a more corporate environment (moving above 10k employees so SOP area needed) there are bumps along the way, but the people I work with are passionate about what they are doing, which makes it easy to come to work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They genuinely like what they are doing and are always looking for new tools and techniques to do it better. Their energy to continuously learn and deliver in a really tough market while still having a laugh is the best of both for me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
While our benefits packages aren't revolutionary, I am offered multiple plans to chose from to fit my individual needs. Also - the company is focused on employee full well-being, so I have access to an onsite gym & medical, weight loss app (noom), financial support, and more.
