I'm only paid minimum wage and I've only gotten raises because our state raised the minimum. Any other company in any other business would pay me twice as much per hour, but I've been in radio for over 30 years since I was in high school and I love the industry.

Im the only one in the mid region that can do spanish traffic reports, i was on the management team and got paid the same as most of my coworkers.
i have worked here over 20 years and they pay kids of the street and they get paid double. not right.
