Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?There is no insentive for getting costumer compliments anymore. As hard as some people work, we should get something for being so great with the customer.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?We cannot even be off the phone 6 seconds. If we are, our adherence is affected, and we get in trouble. They need to give us time to have bathroom breaks.
