There are not very present and generally not very pro-employee. Lack of better benefits and behind other similar companies. No employee feedback is taken or considered at the leadership level.
The leadership team is very antiquated in their perspectives and a bit absent as an overall team, there isn't much communication from them. What they do show is a lack of strategy and are out of touch with what a tech company can and should be.
Holding the entire leadership team to company standards, culture standards, diversity and psychological safety standards.
No equity, though leadership has it. Salaries are mid-market, bonuses but they are static. Benefits are okay, but have out-of-pocket expenses.
Other companies pay more for this role.

Lots of exec back stabbing, politics and posturing. It would be nice if people could work together harmoniously. Senior exec members MUST know its happening. They know and they choose to do nothing.
