What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is committed to professional development and customer centricity.
Great, transparent and highly capable team. They communicate and coach.
My team leader is a good leader - she doesn't micromanage those of us who can manage ourselves but trusts us to do what we're supposed to do.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Processes were regular changed. There were no definite ways to do things at times.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is a good package.
The comp packages are at and above industry standards.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Open lines of communication and trust.
friendly and a non-political environment. People care about each other
we all realize that we have to work together if we want to get our work done
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No issue with coworkers as such. The employees are hard workers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The promotion of creative ideas and support among team members.
Highly positive and reassuring culture. One of the best things I enjoy about working here.
I'm an independent contractor so I work at home which I love love love. I am required to keep in contact with my team leader and home office via Skype, which is easy and convenient

What did you like most about the interview process?
Talking with the VP of HR, it was a very warm and comfortable conversation. Expectations were set clearly as well.
organized and all information was readily available to me
as I'm an independent contractor (and outsourced) the entire process took place over email/online which was convenient and less anxiety-provoking.

Interacting with a team that is aligned and focused on taking care oof our clients while respecting each other
I'm the boss of myself. I get paid by how much work I do, not by the hour so it's entirely up to me how productive I am.
