Executive Bio

Over the course of his accomplished 25+ year career, Adrian has been at the forefront of customer-centric transformation in leading Enterprise B2B organizations. Prior to joining Imprivata, Adrian was Chief Customer Officer at Infobip, a global leader in omnichannel communications and customer engagement solutions. There, he scaled global delivery teams and delivered significant advancements in driving customer value. Prior to Infobip, Adrian played a pivotal role in the growth journeys of Ceridian and Netsuite, contributing to their successful IPOs in 2018 and 2007 respectively.

As Chief Customer Officer at Imprivata, Adrian will lead Renewals, Customer Support, Customer Success, Professional Services, Education and Managed Services. His focus will be on accelerating customer success, driving adoption of our digital identity and access management solutions, and scaling innovations that improve delivery quality and time to value.
