John Fernandez, the CFO at Imprivata, is a financial executive with over 25 years of experience in leading finance organizations. John was most recently CFO & EVP Global Operations at ForgeRock for over ten years. In his tenure at ForgeRock, John grew the company from $4M in ARR to over $250M, took the company public on the New York Stock Exchange in 2021, and sold the company to Thoma Bravo in 2023.
John is also the Audit Committee Chair and Board Member for ReliaQuest; a KKR cyber security company and he is a Board Advisor to Auditoria.ai; an enterprise AI back-office software solution. Prior to ForgeRock, John spent five years at Deem, an Enterprise Travel and Expense management software company. Early in his career, John spent time at Siebel Systems, an enterprise CRM company, driving efficiencies in functions such as sales forecasting, commissions, cash collections, revenue, and many others. Additionally, he was a Series 7 certified equities trader, focusing on corporate cash management for UBS Securities.
John received a degree in economics from Stanford University and an MBA from the Berkeley Haas School of Business.
