- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?My only note is finding a way to update the clients more during tax season, many complaints about not hearing anything about their taxes after documents are submitted.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The systems are new to me. I don't know if Incite will give me time to learn the systems and show my worth.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?My only complaint is that we're all compensated differently for doing the same jobs - and while I wouldn't say I'm undervalued - the pay I receive unfortunately isn't a living wage for the state I'm in. I would suggest either paying all the admin a starting wage for 25.02 or giving us OT pay.
