What are some of the best things about your team?The admin team is very friendly.
What are some of the best things about your team?They all make coming to work feel like fun and not a chore!
What do you like best about the leadership team?They are incredibly invested in all of their employees and provide a great environment to learn, grow, and make an impact on the tax world.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?My only note is finding a way to update the clients more during tax season, many complaints about not hearing anything about their taxes after documents are submitted.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The systems are new to me. I don't know if Incite will give me time to learn the systems and show my worth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?My only complaint is that we're all compensated differently for doing the same jobs - and while I wouldn't say I'm undervalued - the pay I receive unfortunately isn't a living wage for the state I'm in. I would suggest either paying all the admin a starting wage for 25.02 or giving us OT pay.
