What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Very confined working environment, 20 people in a small room with no ventilation. People die of Covid about once a month at least, management does not care. They expect you to work until you're dead no exceptions. HQ is next to a trash dump briming with toxic chemicals in the air. and smells of raw
End the corruption, Nepotism, favoritism, and Discrimination. Give power back to the unionizedworkforce. .

No respect from management and lies qnd deception from management is unacceptable.

Everyone is friendly with one another (union employees)
