This is hard to put to words but I'll try I feel challenged but supported and like I am heard I wish we had a little more communication from upper leadership regarding things like goals, diversity, etc. but I do get that from my management. Overall, I'm pretty happy here and have room to grow

The feeling of community in slack channels and at standup -- everyone is so supportive

we are all really on the same page and get along really well. I know they have my back

Getting to be involved in change and making decisions on projects that I normally wouldn't because we are a small company
