Transparent with the financial health and goals of the company. And very responsive to feedback and suggestions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Improving our product incrementally. Doing my part makes the whole thing work. Incremental improvements that I contribute are building blocks to our overall success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We do other things besides just work. There are events, special interest channels, discussions, and extra curricular activities. This is hard to pull off as a 100% remote company, but we do it fairly well.
