What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team size is small considering the amount of activities we do, yet I enjoy how collaborative we can be to get the job done as if a big team completed it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very transparent about all aspects of the company from objectives to employee care. This helps me feel like I am truly part of the company, especially since everyone is remote.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My previous company tried to advertise work/life balance, but I never felt like it was actually ever the case. That is one factor that made me leave my previous company and join InfluxData. Although my role requires me to work some holidays, I still am able to feel that I have work/life balance.
