Everyone just gets stuff done. There aren't a ton of politics or mind games. Probably because we're too busy for that petty stuff!

They're very engaged with the day-to-day realities of the company. They're also very transparent with where they want to take the company and how we're doing in achieving those goals.
People really buy into the company values. It sounds cliche, but it's the truth. As a result, I believe employees are more comfortable to try new things, take risks, fail, and succeed.
