Approachability. None of them have the ego that I have experienced in past lives with executive leadership.

I did not need to "negotiate" to get a fair wage. The offer provided was great from the get-go.

Filling up our customer webinar calendar! Love when customers are as excited to tell their stories and we are!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone at InfluxData is incredibly smart and driven, it's honestly intimidating at times, but being surrounded by the best will only make me better in my job and I love that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's genuine. It's not forced culture for the sake of being relevant or "cool". I've never experienced a company where the "fun" slack channels are active every day with people engaging in conversation with people from different departments/teams.
