Overall, our company is great, but there is always room for improvement. My manager has her 'favorites'. I can see a lot of double standards that the managers apply to some of my colleagues. For some, we 'celebrate' their birthdays and anniversaries with the company, but for others, we don't.

People are "all in" for the bigger vision. There is a level of cooperation and desire to help that I don't often see at other organizations. There is less of the kind of competitiveness that's mostly negative (siloed, lack of support, proactive undermining, etc.).
