Pay what they deserve, just another company looking for cheap labor in the market.

Good and knowledgeable people. But they don't have enough power in hand to take decisions. Things are very slow here.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Since the company has gone remote, there is no bonding between co-workers, please do some physical meetups frequently. No one actually cares about you on a personal level, improve HR policies and the L&D team.
