Our Leaders are very transparent and they allow us to experiment in order for us to reach our targets. Failure is not chided at InMobi.

Less politics, more real work
More transparency, clearer processes in place
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It meets industry standards for me.
good benefits and the base salary also is very good
Pay is competitive, it's good enough
I am paid fairly and I will the year on year increments are also great, much above industry standards.

Too much pay for some people who do no work

it is easier if you know somebody on the inside
It was based on the role requirements, practical and concise.
Clear communication of decision, the talent acquisition partner was equipped with business knowledge
I was interviewed by a panel of 5 members and each of them added value to the process. I was not asked traditional questions, I also felt I was heard during the entire process.

open communication, good salary, good benefits and great culture
Good salary, good colleagues to work with, lot to learn.
I am excited to work everyday as I get to learn new things and grow my skills while supporting my workspace.
Enjoying what I do at InMobi makes me feel like I am never truly working. Also clients/coworkers appreciate all that I do.
