What did you like most about the interview process? That it was before the current owners
What are some of the best things about your team?Despite the lack of help from management, we still try to keep things running
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Fairly priced health insurance, less co-pay and more coverage. Way better 401k and the pension that was stopped returned. Retiree coverage. Better/fairer profit sharing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Stop 1-way communication from the top. Actually focus on making things better. New acquisitions are draining the company. Admit your mistake and move-on. CEO is a poor leader.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Did an employee engagement survey and that's the last we heard about it. Had teams make suggestions and that's the last we heard. CEO didn't want to spend any money to make improvements.
