Cab facility should available to all (not only in pandemic time). We need better insurance policy with OPD benefits in it.

The base salary is not comparable to other relevant companies. Commission pay out also seems to be a mystery, we do not have any visibility into it.

The amount of work and dedication I put as compared to others getting less paid and less increment with no explanation. No rewards and recognition in the team. I will feel better if we get any reward. Also explanation of increment percentage every year.
