Yes, there are moments of frustration when things go awry, but overall my work is greatly appreciated. My input is valuable and valued, two very different but very important considerations.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're accessible to everyone. And they know everyone. I've received personal well wishes when a family member passed, and personal Happy Birthday greetings on my birthday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are small but powerful. We work together amazingly well, even when sudden projects come up. Or maybe especially when they come up. Many hands lighten a heavy load, and that's true for us.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am able to utilize both my left and right brain. I can be creative and I can be organized and constructive. I feel accomplished when a project is finished and accepted with enthusiasm.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was relaxed and comfortable, and because of that I connected quickly with the people I would be working for. We realized quickly how much we are alike, and it made the decision to accept the job offer very easy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This isn't a typical benefit and not part of an official compensation package element, but we have a fully stocked kitchen at all times. Stocked with things we request, and they purchase for us. We can have breakfast and dinner on the company every single day. And really good coffee.
