Working with my team, along with close communications with industry connections.

How approachable they are and willing to hear the team's ideas and feedback.

How hard working everyone is on the team and supporting they are of one another.

Communicating with my colleagues and trouble shooting the items that come up during the day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The generous time off benefits are key. Although healthcare is expensive, I have fantastic coverage for me and my family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are incredibly smart and approachable. They value every employee and truly care about how they impact every aspect of both Innovate and the industry in general.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so willing to help each other out despite our workloads. We work in a true collaborative team environment which makes work more fun and productive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had the opportunity to speak with all 3 of the co-founders, go over ideas and my experiences and it felt more like talking to old friends rather than the top executives of a company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The executives often find ways to make the job more fun whether it is a virtual happy hour, (or in non-covid times - actual parties and/or happy hours), holiday parties or events, they come up with games or competitions throughout the year where they give out prizes, social clubs based on interests
