I love it here. It is challenging but just enough to keep me on my toes. There are ups and down but the ups outweigh the downs!

Everyone here is super supportive of each other and happy for each person's successes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commission is great, the salary is going to better now that we are getting a 10k raise. The benefits as a whole (health insurance) could be better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very motivating and exciting. It is a competitive environment but our leaders never shut us down instead they motivate us to get better and be our best, Fun perks too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They at least make me feel like they truly care, if they didn't they are really good at bull shitting :) haha but no really, I feel very appreciated here. They also are very supportive, fun, and motivating individuals.
