It can be overwhelming to come into such an incredible, driven environment with high expectations, but I think that this culture has made me more driven and excited for the future. I feel like I have a purpose when I wake up in the morning and am proud of myself everyday.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It is not a "punch the clock" kind of job. I think everyone in this team has a unique work ethic and every minute spent here is spent working towards a goal or metric we have set for ourselves. It really goes beyond just a job for me -- it has impacted my whole life for the better. I'm excited!

Everyone is super supportive and determined. We are all highly motivated people but will always take the time to help people on the team.

Having my hard work pay off -- could be anything from achieving something within the recruiting process or contributing to the spread but it is very validating.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment and the people that work here are all striving to be the best versions of themselves and bring their best attitudes even on the hardest days. It is honestly inspiring to be around people who have such determination and work ethic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership within this company is the reason we all stay motivated -- they inspire us to be the best versions of ourselves and are always willing to lend a helping hand when we need it. There is an open door policy when it comes to issues we might be having -- personal or business related.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone always cheers each other on -- a win for one is a win for all and even if it someone's first offer or 100th offer, we celebrate it the same. And people are so genuine. Nobody has a side at work then a side at home -- we just are who we are and I love the comfort and honesty that provides.
