I stared with no experience. I told the team I wanted to get into leadership, and now I am a pod lead with the best mentors. I love my team and my job. It's been a fantastic journey so far.

Does commission count? If so, then Commission is AMAZING! If not then unlimited PTO is a close second!

When I get through a call flow with a rockstar candidate, and it ends in a rep release!

Being with my coworkers. They are some of my best friends, and they are incredibly talented. It makes you better!
