Everyone HAS to work together in order for things to work. It takes a huge amount of trust, consistency, and high energy to do what we do.

I love getting candidates in process, especially recieving feedback from their interviews. It's an awesome feeling knowing you're having a positive impact on someone's life you've never even met face to face.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Transparency. The communication between leadership, AM's, and recruiters is all directly correlated. We all know exactly where each other stand at the end of each week, which allows us to congratulate and/or help one another.
