I know I've said it many times before and I might sound like a broken record, but the people here make this company what it is. This job might potentially be overwhelming or even boring if you didn't have great people around you. I can genuinely say working here is SO fun but also so challenging!!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone's besties, we don't have "cliques" or anything, literally everyone vibes with everyone and it has been such a great culture to be incorporated in!
What makes you most happy at work?
When individual hard work is noticed, whether it is myself or someone else's, i am always happy to hear about other people's wins because I know they are just as happy for me when it's my win!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Every single person on the leadership team works hard to make sure all of us feel prepared & confident in hitting our goals and determining our own personal success, outside of that, even just their attitudes about the future are inspiring!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that if i EVER need help or guidance, there's 10 people off the top of my head I could reach out to, everyone wants to help everyone and even though some of our job is being competitive with each other, it is a positive kind of competitive culture!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO is the best part, even though I would never abuse it, it is really uplifting to know that if I needed it, it would be okay. The salary overall being increased to 50k has made my life a lot easier than it would've been in, and I finally feel financially confident in myself!
