What are some of the best things about your team?
They are so welcoming. I have made some friends that I know will be in my wedding one day - and I've worked here for only a few short months. They are so supportive and truly want the best for you. They celebrate your wins just as much as others celebrate theirs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The fact I can go into their office and talk to them/ask advice if I need to. Not everyone can say they are able to walk into the President's or CEO's office to ask them how I can be better personally and professionally. They are invested in our personal development just as much as our professional.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The harder we work, the more you earn. I have a great base salary that is allowing me to grind and build business so later I am able to reap the rewards. The sky is the limit on how much you can earn, but it's determined by me - not by anyone else and I love that.
