I do not feel undervalued by any means. I did not negotiate my salary well enough and ultimately that is on me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership sets the bar high and gives us incredible resources to reach those goals. The environment is full of top performers who encourage and bring the best out in others.

There are no egos involved- everyone is a team player! I love how everyone is so gracious with their time & the collaborative environment that the Innovien culture embodies is rare.
