What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone on my team cares a lot about one another. We all want to see each other succeed and we will help out anyone where they need in order to get there!
What do you like best about the leadership team?They have a lot of goals and are super motivated to achieve those goals. They push our team to be our very best!
What makes you most happy at work?I enjoy what I do. I feel like I am making an impact and I love the work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I do not feel undervalued by any means. I did not negotiate my salary well enough and ultimately that is on me.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?No matter how hard you work, something is always found lacking. Unrealistic expectations, constant negative reinforcement, and a lack of empathy create a stressful environment where job security feels uncertain. The way people talk about each other only adds to this.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Lack of clear, achievable goals, leaving employees feeling like they’re constantly chasing a moving target with their job security at risk.
