What does the leadership team need to get better at?The CEO is a weak leader. Not very present. And zero knowledge or passion for the industry. Some kind of family drama allowed him to take over the company, and now his only goal is to keep hold of the benefit she gets. It's also a leadership team that is white-mail-Christian. Lacks diversity.
