Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Clear delineation of job duties/responsibilities for each role (job families) and set pay structures commensurate with said duties. We have too much gray area and too many pay disparities for the same roles; as well as some positions carrying the weight of multiple roles.

Review from Operations Dept

Salary needs to be higher especially with bonus structure as it is. More vacation and sick leave would be better to compensate but these have been reduced and it is difficult to even qualify for the bahamas trip.

Review from Operations Dept

I'm not paid equally as others in the same position with same job title

Review from IT Dept

I feel that I have demonstrated the skill set needed for the next position. My feedback, my reviews, feedback from external and internal co-workers from several departments. I understand the interview, but it requires so many moving pieces. Medical costs are not good for those who really need it.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Higher base to adjust for COL, stronger medical coverage as well as a stronger back office team that can help us fighting with United Healthcare

Review from Sales Dept

My employee reviews are inconsistent when being filled out by my supervisor as I do more than what I am supposed to do in my role. I am constantly improving and implementing different/new processes. I do not feel safe, comfortable, or appreciated on my direct team.

Review from Operations Dept

I'd like to have Salary instead of bonus

Review from Operations Dept

I am doing the work for two roles getting compensated for one with no communication/follow-up on if this will change.

Review from Admin Dept

If it was same as the market range and economically adjusted.

Review from Operations Dept

Higher compensation or more options to increase salary at a quicker rate

Review from Operations Dept

I feel that our base salaries are low when looking at the average compensation for my role in the area I live. I understand the commission structure makes up for this but having a bit more security always helps.

Review from HR Dept

Comparable roles for my experience and my title have a starting pay at $10k or more above what I make.

Review from Operations Dept

You can see who some managers favor or some others. i would feel better if I got paid fairly

Review from Finance Dept

to get paid market value, i do a lot of managerial task at times for me not to be a manager. I do not mind stepping up and helping but it would be nice to be paid for the task i do outside of my normal job duties.

Review from Finance Dept

The cost of benefits continues to increase yearly with no increase in base salary...I have never worked anywhere that didn't give annual increases.

Review from Sales Dept

My role does not have a defined promotional path, or no promotional path at all. Compensation is heavily under the value provided by myself and my fellow team members.

Review from Operations Dept

Benefits keep getting more expensive, but the salaried SMs have not gotten a raise in 2+ years.

Review from Sales Dept

Sales Managers should be compensated better

Review from Sales Dept

work + time vs. compensation does not align

Review from Sales Dept

Yearly pay increases based on inflation. Increased budgets to do the things we want to do with out teams in order to increase morale. In order to compete in the market - more job perks would be appreciated
