Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their progressive thinking and overall appreciation for their employees
Servant Leadership is the model practiced daily by our leadership team. I feel valued, not only for the contribution I provide through my work, but also valued as a person.
laissez faire approach and constant feedback and training they provide
The current leadership team at least tries to treat employees with some respect and consideration.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to show that they value the employee's. If we earn a raise we should get the raise. Also being able to get off to go to the doctor shouldn't be so hard. Major surgeries have had to be rescheduled for some of employee's because Tony wouldn't let them off.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is a diverse package.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You work hard all year long to insure you get a raise only to be told that they aren't giving out raises this year. That is so low and shows that we aren't important enough to even get a performance raise. 1 -2 dollar raise would be highly appreciated.
When you work for any company you should be compensated fairly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Self organizing and motivated with a focus on our goals.

Working as team players and show more consideration .

work life balance, level of care from top down

Everybody's willingness to help, and take care of the patients. The laughter and the friendlyness.
