The current leadership team at least tries to treat employees with some respect and consideration.
They need to show that they value the employee's. If we earn a raise we should get the raise. Also being able to get off to go to the doctor shouldn't be so hard. Major surgeries have had to be rescheduled for some of employee's because Tony wouldn't let them off.
