- What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to show that they value the employee's. If we earn a raise we should get the raise. Also being able to get off to go to the doctor shouldn't be so hard. Major surgeries have had to be rescheduled for some of employee's because Tony wouldn't let them off.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?You work hard all year long to insure you get a raise only to be told that they aren't giving out raises this year. That is so low and shows that we aren't important enough to even get a performance raise. 1 -2 dollar raise would be highly appreciated.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?When you work for any company you should be compensated fairly.
