Instawork Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Does not apply to gig workers.

they are all diffrent depending on the job

The managing of my sick, vacation and discretionary time

Review from Sales Dept

You get paid what you worked for every week.

Benefits are competitive and plenty of perks

We make very good money

It's helps when we need to pick up hours

Its all fair and happy to try.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Happy to have the help.

I am a great employee and businesses request my help all the time. I get lots of shifts.

The pay structure and the fast turn Around

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No one responds to the help chats

Review from Customer Success Dept

With the experience I have I feel the compensation should have been higher. My profile is pretty diverse too.

Comparing the benefits to other SF Bay Area tech companies, IW falls short.

Review from Operations Dept

I want my pto please

This place is a sinking ship full of micromanagers trying to fire each other.

Be there yo hear our side learn empathy and compassion and not be greedy

Transparency, communication, and more attention to fixing all the apps issues and errors

Let me make rent, at least. I joined this company so I could live indoors.

They are liers they take people money

Seguro que no te va

I feel undervalued because no one replies in support section and no pay on time

Without any reason they suspended my account. I might be taking them to the court.

Better compensation would be to acknowledge when a venue has stolen wages from over 100 gig workers and instawork charged them without any heads up or communication and have yet to fix it people are canceling shifts afraid of working for free and being penalized on accounts if we work PAY US!

This is my first experience with the company I wanted to work with the business model works for my needs to have this is the first experiences mind blowing how could they not vet a job or a posting

As a 1099 worker there is nothing like this. But yet we are supposed to do that which is outside of the contract.

Wage theft within company levy is not chwcked and abused by levy the worst wage theft possible with mo check and balances thay favor us yhe workers only the company we work for specificallly levy

Support is absolutely minimal. The focus is on generating more clients and employees are just a number

When my wife and I each receive the $74 owed to us. When my wife and I then see that Instawork will hold its partners to the same standards they hold their employees to.

Stop suspending my account and claiming i didnt show up for shifts that i worked and was paid for.

Pay me what I am owed
