There is lack of communication between managers and employees. Nobody seems to know what each other needs to do.

If people knew what they were dping and not be ignore like if you are a no body and i have bills to pay and late fees to pay because unattended ignorant people that have no profecianal way of eorking
The only way to communicate with management is via text or email indicates to me a very weak management afraid to get their hands through
This company relies on their employees taking the work to get paid and is not interested in supporting them in any other area.
Improve upon it by listing to the employees instead of forcing them to file complaints with the Fair Trades commission
Workers dont have anyone to fix things for us. There is no HR there is just an app that doesnt even work well
