There's been lots of hick ups as far as the app working, I believe the award statues does not show the work ethic and character of a worker. Sometimes I have to cancel shifts last minute and I shouldn't be so severely reprimanded for it. That's why back ups are on the "join waiting list"

What meetings? I have never been aware of meetings.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they exist to ask things about, even if it takes 5 days.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
What compensation are you talking about? I get paid less than others because of a point system you developed, demoralizing my character on the app.
