There are no company meetings
What makes you most happy at work?
If I do not hear any comments from the younger generation of workers about my old age.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make instawork ALOT of money I work 7 days a week and I feel like I am treated like shit
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Co workers are mostly solid te players, but quite often there are a few out of the bunch that are not there to work. They stand and do nothing just to get paid, and that is not monitored in any way.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no manager there is no team for support only chat from India that does absolutely nothing to help with an issue or problem. Sometime you have to believe they do not even read your problem because the answer is always the same rate your conversation.
