As An instawk there no way to actually speak to a manager supervisor or CEO, if you need help to solve a problem. This is very frustrating when you need to talk to a Supervisor and get a problem resolved. The Chat is just one way communication which those who claim to help you only can do so much

No team to really speak of, just people who are getting jobs on an app.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a 1099 worker there is nothing like this. But yet we are supposed to do that which is outside of the contract.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Someone who can assist with a problem and actually get it resolved. Also being able to talk to a Supervisor directly, not just chat room, which is just that, " Chat"
