What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Responding and treating workers as fair as employers we desire the same respect we bring in the money and would like to hear back when there is an issue
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better compensation would be to acknowledge when a venue has stolen wages from over 100 gig workers and instawork charged them without any heads up or communication and have yet to fix it people are canceling shifts afraid of working for free and being penalized on accounts if we work PAY US!
