Everyone is available, accessible, respectful and receptive. No feeling of intimidating c-suite level people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's generally a collaborative, cross-functional love fest that's always open to changing things for the better. And everyone here believes in our mission!
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like I'm contributing to something positive, and having the opportunity to start working in a management position, and growing a discipline practice from practically nothing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance is good. Love that everyone is respectful of everyone's individual time and utilizing our (unlimited!) PTO. And since we offer continued education, we get access to it too!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is respectful and collaborative, and I think I would genuinely hang out with most of them if we weren't coworkers. Being able to get to know coworkers as people and friends I feel like can be a benefit to the working relationship.
