Unlimited PTO makes it easy to take time off as needed, and for a start up I think we have a really strong 401k program that I wasn't expecting (nor do a lot of other start ups even offer)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is highly accessible to any employee and it's not only in a "reach out if you need us" way, you will be placed in positions regularly where you are working along side your leadership team. They operate with transparency, and a spirit of collaboration!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I truly love our weekly all hands meetings called Connect! There's always a theme, a rotating MC, and moments of authentic joy sprinkled into the meeting. Additionally, Friday afternoons the company has a "no meeting" block which is where I am able to get big bulks of work done without interruption.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work on a wicked smart team where people care a lot about doing work through a lens of integrity and centering empathy (for our people, our clients, other team members, etc.) The team is also very culture centric, and there's an emphasis on community and authentic joy in the work we do.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have balance in my work. Some days are hectic and some are slower. I feel supported by manager to not only learn and grow under her guidance, but also to be empowered and step into leadership opportunities when the timing is right. I see times where I can speak up, but it's also ok to step back.
