I came into InStride very timid and nervous since I have never worked on as large of a software team before. Over the last two years I have met a ton of amazing people and engineers that have really advanced my skill set and brought a lot of confidence to myself. I really enjoy the work environment

Leadership is always pushing new initiatives and going after bigger clients

Everyone is really laid back and easy to talk to but at the same time we are fast moving and always pushing new features
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that everyone is so willing to step in and help out when needed. There are often times I find myself communicating with teams I don't know that well and every time I find such positive help
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the fact the InStride gives a lot of freedom to explore new ways to improve the company. As a developer jobs can get very boring constantly following design layouts and tickets. When given the ability to explore spikes and POC's it creates a lot more creative and fun environment to work in
