Seeing members of my team succeed. All hands meetings where we get updates on what other teams are doing.

Transparency. Transparent about the state of the company, even financially, as well as the state of the economy and what the company is doing to succeed in such trying times.
What are some of the best things about your team?
InStride hires fiercely intelligent and capable people. Everyone is very responsive and aligned on meeting the companies goals. Everyone is willing to give their time to help others. The attitude on meetings and in the office is mostly positive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
OneMedical is an excellent perk. Best experience going to a primary care doctor I've ever had. 12 weeks of family leave for my newborn is the best benefit I've ever had. That time with my baby is precious and I will be forever grateful to InStride for giving me that time.
