My team is small and close knit, so I speak with them daily. They are easy going and all committed to improving the experiences of our learners. I believe them when they say they believe in our mission.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that employee wellness is crucial and a central part of the company. I also like that feedback is encouraged. I do not feel like a burden to anyone, despite us constantly being busy and adapting our products and services.
