People leave managers, not companies. When hiring and/or promoting people to management roles, ensure values align.
The company has been stagnant on the corporate side with lots of restructuring therefore falling behind in operations, product and deliverables.

Educators make great employees - driven by what really matters, which isn't the almighty dollar.
