Being more tuned in to the majority of employees, their needs (as evidenced on the employee engagement survey) such as psychological safety, wanted to feel as they belong, grow their careers, improve communcation.

Compensation is average but in sales the quotas are unreasonable based on business data

Need more industry experience in the company overall.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Most employees are disappointed, frustrated or leaving. Managers are not effective or supportive and turn over regularly.

People leave managers, not companies. When hiring and/or promoting people to management roles, ensure values align.

The company has been stagnant on the corporate side with lots of restructuring therefore falling behind in operations, product and deliverables.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
More sustainable workloads with the right size teams to support & greater transparency
