Integral Ad Science Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health, Optical, and dental insurance is not widely accepted

Review from Product Dept

I was really grateful to receive my RSUs on top of my salary.

Review from Engineering Dept

Benefits like tech stipend and medical insurance

Review from HR Dept

Obviously I care the most amount about pay, so the best part of my comp package is salary+RSUs+bonus. As far as other perks go, I guess the ESPP is the most valuable, so I would pick that.

Discretionary PTO allows the ultimate flexibility.

Review from Finance Dept

Base Pay is comparable to market price

Review from Operations Dept

Same Medical, Dental, and Vision rates for the last 5 years

Review from HR Dept

The Annual Bonus and RSUs

Review from Finance Dept

The base pay, stock allocation and pension match is good for my position and experience.

Review from Product Dept

Great benefits, good 401K match.

Review from IT Dept

Annual Bonus and equity package

Review from HR Dept

Health care insurance. Excellent coverage

Review from HR Dept

It's so well rounded. We are compensated in ways that go beyond money (i.e., health and wellness, financial, mental)

Review from HR Dept

The pay, bonuses, and restricted stock units

Review from IT Dept

Equity awards are very generous

Review from Finance Dept

PTO, fertility benefits, parental leave

Review from HR Dept

love the wellness/fitness stipend. Roth IRA matching percentage is great too

Review from Product Dept

My son was born while I worked at IAS and I was afforded 16 weeks paid leave. This has made a huge impact on my opinions and happiness with IAS as a company. Management gives a lot of flexibility around when and how work gets done in my experience which is primarily why I stay.

Review from Engineering Dept

RSUs are vested quarterly rather than yearly

Review from Sales Dept

Combination of bonus, salary, and RSUs

Review from Marketing Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I wish the health insurance deductibles were lower so I can get tested for things beyond the basic preventative care (catching cancers etc issues ahead of time), I did not get any raise for 3 years until I had to ask my VP, that is unacceptable for a high performer employee

Review from Customer Success Dept

Given the industry, the compensation can be more competitive in terms of the base salary. Competitors ranges are higher to attract more. Keeping the flexibility on the work-from-home policy does help as well because returning to office does impact the cost calculation of what salary is required.

Review from Operations Dept

No pay increases for inflation even for people who are exceeding their goals or weren't able to reach their goals due to reasons outside of their control but are still excelling as employees. Hiring people too junior/inexperience because they are being cheap.

Review from Sales Dept

I don't feel undervalued per se, I'm just not earning the market rate L6 compensation, out of the last 3 jobs this job pays the least. Equity bump.

Review from Engineering Dept

Promotion and higher pay could be improved.

Review from Engineering Dept

Comparing to market rate in my area, its lower. Plus end of the year increases don't really make a difference in comparison to others.

Review from HR Dept

With the amount of collaboration I have with my account teams and peers, sometimes I do feel like I'm undervalued as far as compensation. With my role in the company I do feel like I should be compensated more since I feel I play a big role in keeping accounts/clients supported and valued.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Given that our stock is very volatile and a big portion of my compensation I believe that the company should increase my base/bonus

Review from Business Development Dept

I should be at least 1 more level up. Considering how much the stock has tanked, RSU's should be increased. My title doesn't reflect what I do.

Review from Engineering Dept

Compensation is below market rate and promotions often come with little to no raise. Compensation increases involve a lot of red tape.

Review from IT Dept

I was making more in a previous role. When joining I accepted that salary is split 60/40 between base/mbo. When interviewing I inquired about MBO details to help me make an informed decision. 90+ days into my employment at IAS, MBO details are changing and could affect my total compensation.

Review from Operations Dept

Direction for forward movement in position. More clarity on Quotas with easier access and clarity to data points Compensation for supporting additional accounts when employees are on long term leave

Review from Customer Success Dept

For the amount of hours I work, the salary isn't justified.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel like its ok that I am wearing multiple hats but I feel like I am really going out of my way to do things when I see others on my team not doing the same and getting more praise. I also feel like seeing a clear career path would be nice and its not very transparent.

Review from HR Dept

more of an increase that helps keep up with inflation

Review from Finance Dept

I know I am underpaid (salary only) for my role and contributions I've made to IAS and revenue.

Review from Engineering Dept

Salaries don't look like they're going to grow while my rent is up 20%, electricity bill 25%, and groceries 15%. I think my salary won't grow even though in every conversation with my manager I'm outperforming my role

Review from Customer Support Dept

there is a bureaucracy and favoritism amongst teams, other people are elevated and rest are not.

Review from Engineering Dept

Yes, I do feel, I am undervalued because the amount of skills/capabilities I have shown till now on the basis of that compensation is not satisfactory.

Review from Engineering Dept

To see organizational growth. I do feel I have grown and my role has grown but on paper no one would know.
