Integral Ad Science Outlook Employee Reviews

What makes you most happy at work?

The flexibility to do my work my way, however I do notice how our UI is a mess and not much is fixed for a long time which is harder to navigate when I have to explain that to my customer

Review from Customer Success Dept

I'm happy to see my team succeed. It helps when there are breakfast & lunch catered and the amazing pantry. The office team always keeping everything well stocked and great selection.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel like we all have a stake in company success

Review from IT Dept

Getting recognized for my contributions whether it is following standard process successfully or implementing something new that can solve an issue

Review from HR Dept

I like working with different teams right across the organisation and meeting with potential joiners. I don't feel I have to work hard to "sell" IAS as I genuinely believe it is a great place to work!

Review from HR Dept

I love my team, it's a joy to work with them

Review from HR Dept

Collaborating with other teams and learning/developing my skillset.

Review from IT Dept

When I get to meet clients and parters and there are next steps that I know I have the right resources to accomplish

Review from Sales Dept

In person interaction and help, stocked pantry and awesome office managers/staff.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Being helpful and contributing ideas makes me happy at work.

Review from Operations Dept

Having the opportunity to think creatively, solve problems, and help build the business.

Review from Sales Dept

The people I get to work with

Review from Marketing Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

More time spent planning before a project is green-lit would mean we start projects later, but we would finish earlier. There is a resistance to adding red tape, but some (well thought out) process could save headache and churn. This is an perception problem and could be addressed with education.

Review from Engineering Dept

Senior leaders should interact with more junior team members instead of keeping to their offices.

Review from Finance Dept

The rumors about the potential sale have caused a lot of uncertainty and stress. Everyday I expect to log in to find out I am no longer employed.

Review from Operations Dept

People are being undervalued for their contributions. We also haven't had a sales kick-off in three years which has been hugely detrimental to the sales team. We work with colleagues globally and across coasts and being able to collaborate in person is inspiring and important. Everyone is burnt out.

Review from Sales Dept

I am not excited to work I don't think is wrong. I am excited to do things that make me happy and work isn't where I get my happiness from. It can be at best intellectually stimulating. Also, can be fun on occasion.

Review from Engineering Dept

The amount of information to be aware of can be overwhelming, which is not the issue. Its the unrealistic timeline as to when the material should be obsorbed and put into action. I am a very visual learner, so after reading the material i may not comprehend everything and i feel i'm being punished

Review from Customer Support Dept

Leadership micromanagement. If we got a new CEO that actually empowered their employees instead of micromanaging everything and making poor decisions, it would turn the company around.

Review from Finance Dept

I don't think we do enough planning. a lot of times we are reactive and that can be frustrating. Things also changes super fast here. The ambiguity is often times not fun to navigate.

Review from HR Dept

It is frustrating when products and resources are not fixed and addressed in a timely matter. this makes the day to day difficult and causes a lot of burnout.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The company has all these values that they do not truly follow. Every time something negative happens, there always seems to be a cover up first instead of the truth. Leadership doesn't care and will replace you in a heartbeat.

Review from Operations Dept

colleagues lack of understanding of the products, the industry, their own roles. lack of accountability and avoidance to change. taking credit for other people's work

Review from Customer Support Dept

The reason I put not excited is that I think my team is contributing to bad tech. IE We have a ton of tech debt and things we need to do and we are adding onto it instead of working to remove it.

Review from Engineering Dept

Product is so bad compared to DV and competitions. Have to invest basic development

Review from Sales Dept

I think I'm just tired of working from home- getting a little bit of a groundhog day vibe. I know this can't easily be improved due to a global pandemic....I have also worked with some PM's who seem stretched quite thin. Too many asks coming from the top down, not enough support. Disfunction.

Review from Product Dept

the goal, the directions are not clear, it seems we are only following competitors. the process are very heavy as if we were a huge company like Oracle, Adobe or Microsoft while we should still be agile give our size, the way our CEO communicates changes could largely be improved.

Review from Sales Dept

My work load is a lot right now so it stresses me out. I don't look forward to going into work because I'm overwhelmed. I wish I could do more for my clients but there is too much on my plate to be able to do everything I'd like for them.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Its personal. We are in a pandemic. Just need to take a vacation but COVID is making it difficult to take a proper R&R. I can definitely take time off without a problem, though.
